Ankit Tiwari fans were recently in for a treat, the singer surprised his fans gathered at his USA concert with a musical extravaganza they wouldn't have imagined. The 'tu hai ki nahin...' singer had prepared a medley of all hit songs by music maestro A R Rahman.

Ankit who has often confessed being a huge fan of the composer not only prepared the medley himself but also gave it a twist when he sang the hit-numbers in his own inimitable style. "The response was phenomenal, having Ankit lend his soulful voice to the memorable numbers by A R Rahman Sir. It was like a dream come true for his audience who were all spell bound and wanting more," quipped our source, also present at the concert.

Ankit Tiwari's concert Generation Next was held in seven major cities across the USA, to a packed auditorium of applauding fans. Ankit, who has several hit songs to his credit, rocked the shows thoroughly at renowned theaters including McFlair Theatre (Dallas), Arena Theatre (Houston), Ritz Theatre (New Jersey), Watner Theatre (Washington DC), Odeum Expo Centre (Chicago), Lowell Memorial auditorium (Boston) and Terrace Theatre (Los Angeles).
