Sonakshi Sinha was spotted shooting for AR Murugadoss' film 'Akira' at Mehboob Studios in Bandra, Mumbai.


The actress has been training for the action drama under a few martial arts experts from Thailand. In this film, Sona is said to have shed her typical damsel-in-distress image.


Is Sona trying to prove a point to her detractors about her choice of roles? I ain't complaining.
