Popular Punjabi actor and singer Gippy Grewal and rapper - singer Honey Singh have had some good times working together. The duo has had many hit songs including Angrezi Beat from Cocktail. However, Gippy who will be making his Bollywood debut with Second Hand Husband, has decided to work with Badshah from now on.

Honey Singh was the first person Gippy got in touch with for the film but received no reply. Gippy said, "I contacted Honey to collaborate on songs for my Bollywood debut. When he came to Punjab I was busy and later he went on a tour with Shah Rukh Khan. But after he came back he just vanished. His songs also weren't working. I kept trying to get in touch with him and his manager came to meet me. But I told the manager I had to meet Honey to work out the songs. That never happened. And then he went incommunicado. I kept messaging him asking him about his health as I heard he wasn't keeping well, but he would reply intermittently."


The Second Hand Husband actor has now decided to collaborate with singer-composer Badshah, for all his future songs. Badshah has given hit songs like Saturday Saturday (Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya) and Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui (Khoobsurat), his latest being the hit songs from Second Hand Husband. Says Gippy, "Badshah came to me with a wide choice of 50 songs and I chose Bad Baby because it had a new flavour."

Directed by Smeep Kang and produced by Gakhal Brothers Entertainment, the film's music is available on Zee Music and the film releases on July 3, 2015.
