Irrfan Khan can be seen in the lead role for his upcoming next, Talvar. He is playing the role of a CBI officer in the movie.

He generally goes in depth of each of his roles, but during Talvar he wanted to get an insight of the entire case and all the characters linked to the case.

He was really intrigued by the case and wanted to collect and know every piece of information that was available to him on the Aarushi Talwar murder case.

Meghna Gulzar and Vishal Bhradwaj researched on the case for over 2 years before the movie went on floors.


Therefore, he asked the production team to provide him with all the research material available.

He took one month to read all the research information given to him.
