Sooraj reveals to have derived the films title during early morning meditation while listening to the tunes of Lata Mangeshkar's iconic devotional track. Incorporating 'Prem' instead of Ram was a conscience decision on Soooraj's part as he was confident of Salman's participation in the film.

The title track of the film pays homage to the surreal tunes of Lata Mangeshkar.

Palak Munchhal was chosen to voice the song due to her melodious voice.
