The ever gorgeous and multi talented actor- director Divya Khosla Kumar turned a year older on 20th November,2015. She rang in her birthday on the sets of Sanam Re which is all set to release early next year.

The entire crew decided on throwing a surprise bash for their favourite director, who never fails on spreading a smile on everyone's face. As soon as the clock ticked 12 the entire set was lit up and it was beautifully decorated with a huge cake that was placed for Divya. The cake was made on a pearl theme, since pearls are her favourite. The icing on top was that her son Ruhaan and husband Bhushan made a surprise appearance and that's what got her all teary eyed.

According to a member of Divya Khosla Kumar's core crew, `It was just too overwhelming for Divya. The entire crew sang 'Happy Birthday To You' and other fun songs tapping their feet, dancing and clapping. It was very heartfelt, spontaneous and unplanned.`
