A five-year-old girl in the Jharkhand capital broke her right arm after trying to imitate the stunts in the recently released Hrithik Roshan-starrer "Krrish".

Iba Ryat, a kindergarten student of the Bishop Westcott school here, attempted the stunt of super-hero "Krrish" after her school friends prodded her to take a lead in acting like a superwoman.

Iba jumped from the balcony stairs of her house in the city's Katatoli area while her family members were asleep. Her parents rushed to the balcony after hearing the thud and took her to a doctor for treatment.

Iba said: "Me and my friends were taking about 'Krrish' in school and my friends asked me to take a lead in acting like superwoman. I accepted the challenge and tried to practise. While practising, I broke my arm."

Sabbir Hussain, Iba's father, is relieved that his daughter is safe. "Thank God she did not jump out from the balcony. Last week, we saw 'Krrish' and the movie seems to have attracted Iba. She tried to replicate the actionS of Hrithik Roshan," said Hussain.

He has vowed not to see such movies with his children as it leaves a deep impact on their minds.

Psychologists have noted that parents often forget to warn children against imitating stunts of superheroes while watching such films.
