After making a successful debut in "36 China Town", Upen Patel is gearing up for the shooting of Suneel Darshan's "Shakalaka Boom" with Bobby Deol and Celina Jaitley in South Africa.

Darshan has given him a free hand to style his own look for the film and Upen has decided to sport a short crop, which is international and hip.

"It is a stylish film - I am very pleased with the look in 'Shakalaka Boom'. It is very international. My fans have certain expectation from me and I am sure they will not be disappointed. I am sure the film will rock," said Upen.

Upen's clothes will be designed by Bollywood's ace designer Manish Malhotra who is putting the whole look together.

"Manish is putting it all together and I have highest faith in him. And I would also like to thank Suneel for reposing that faith in me too," added Upen.

Later, he goes to London to shoot for Vipul Shah's "Namaste London" with Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.
