Ajay Devgn-starrer 'Baadshaho' has been in news for its casting issues ever since it was announced. Initially there were reports that Kareena Kapoor Khan will star opposite Devgn, but the makers maintained that she isn't part of the project. Then speculations were rife that Priyanka Chopra might step in, but nothing on that front has been confirmed yet.

As for the parallel leads, reports of Shruti Haasan and Lisa Haydon being part of the film started doing the rounds but eventually these two actresses also backed out. Then it was said that Nargis Fakhri would be doing the film. However, that too didn't materialise. Now, we hear that Esha Gupta has stepped in. Says a source, `There has been a lot of back and forth as far as the casting of the film is concerned. However, things seem to be falling into place now. As of now, Ajay Devgn and Vidyut Jammwal (he replaced Pulkit Samrat) have been finalised.`
