Owing to last minute professional commitments, Deepika Padukone might not be able to romance Ranveer Singh in Paris as planned earlier.

A few days ago gossip mills were buzzing with news that Deepika Padukone might wrap up the shoot of her maiden Hollywood film, 'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage' and halt in Paris for a couple of days to meet Ranveer Singh before returning to India. However, we hear that the actress' busy schedule might not let her stick to the plan.

Says a source, "Ranveer has a long stint of shoot schedules lined up in Paris for Befikre and there is no way he can cross the Atlantic to be with his lady love.


Therefore, Deepika had planned to go to Paris from Toronto, stay for a couple of days and then return to the country. But due to her busy schedule it looks like she won't be able to go to Paris after all. She has a few last-minute commitments to keep."

Ranveer is obviously disappointed, as he will have to wait a while before he gets to meet Dippy again. A source says, "Last month Ranveer specially flew down to Sri Lanka to spend some quality time with Deepika. The two attended the actress' friend's wedding there. He was looking forward to meeting her, but now he is disappointed as she may have to change her plan." Deepika's spokesperson remained unavailable for comment.
