Manoj Bajpayee turns traffic cop for a day as part of his upcoming film Traffic's promotions. The actor will be standing at a busy traffic signal in Lokhandwala in Andheri and man the traffic on Wednesday.

The actor, who essays a traffic cop in the film, worked hard to get into the skin of the character by observing them at work.

Says the film's spokesperson, "He wants to have a first-hand account of being a traffic cop. He is keen to understand the pressures they have to face."

Traffic film deals with the subject of organ donation and how the traffic personnel can create green corridors to save lives.
