Yes! The doe-eyed actress has turned producer when her maiden venture Dil Ka Rishta was launched with a song recording (by Nadeem-Shravan). The film will be directed by Naresh Malhotra, who made Yeh Dillagi and Achanak. The story is written by Aishwarya`s mother. Arjun Rampal is the hero. The film will have one more big name who will play a special appearance.
