Here's how Nawazuddin is saving water in his village

Whenever time permits, Nawazuddin Siddiqui takes off to his village, Budhana, in Uttar Pradesh to oversee the family farms. His late father, Nawabuddin, was a farmer and ploughed the fields manually.

He has preserved the agricultural tools that his dad used in the fields.

During his recent visit to France, Nawaz learnt about a technique of irrigation that requires minimum water. Nawaz has now adopted this method in his village as a water-saving measure.
