MTV Girls On Top has yet again proved that not all girls are made of sugar and spice and all things nice! The show has left no stone unturned to portray the independent and strong woman of today. Isha (played by Saloni Chopra), one of the leading characters in MTV Girls On Top has time and again stood up against injustice meted out to women in the show. The show has shown Isha take a stand for women, urging us all to contemplate and speak up against the injustice prevalent in society towards women.

A lot of celebrities came out in Isha's support, encouraging us all to #speakup against injustices faced by women. Sonakshi Sinha too voiced out her opinion and the gravity of the situation has definitely hit the youngsters through the show. Sonakshi said, "We are used to keeping mum about injustice, be it in the office or public transport. We ignore the injustice faced by women. If you won't speak up today, you will never be able speak. You are stronger than you think you are. It is time to speak up!"

Isha has stood tall and strong, proving to be a source of inspiration for the women of today. For years, women have quietly endured sexist work environment, however, seems like Isha's bold step will finally give women a chance to shine, to voice their opinions, and to march down the road to progress without turning back.
