The talented actor posted a picture on twitter with director Hansal Mehta from the sets of his next Bollywood drama film, expressing his excitement on kick starting shoot.

Hansal Mehta's 'Simran' stars Kangana Ranaut and Sohum Shah in pivotal roles and will be shot in the US.

A very prominent fact about the film is that it brings the three National Award winners together under one roof.

While director Hansal Mehta has won a National Award for his film 'Shahid', Kangana has received National Awards for three of her films and Sohum has received one for his film 'Ship of Theseus'.

'Simran' based on real life incident, is slated to release in the year 2017.
