Ranbir Kapoor is leaving no stone unturned to deliver a power packed performance in his upcoming next, which is a biopic on Sanjay Dutt. In the latest addition to preparations, news is that Ranbir Kapoor is to get tattooed a la Sanjay Dutt!

Ranbir Kapoor has been seen sporting a muscly look of late as part of his preparations for the biopic.

The actor has gained close to 13kg in muscle to resemble Dutt's physique, and he has also adopted the Khalnayak actor's unique strut.

Besides the physical changes,Ranbir was also spotted wearing a wig resembling Dutt's hairstyle from the '90s while shooting for the Rajkumar Hirani directorial.


The young actor is to take a step forward and in order to look even more authentic, Ranbir planning to sport the exact same tattoos that Dutt has on various parts of his body.

Everyone knows that Dutt has a lot of tattoos on his body, so Ranbir is now contemplating getting them on his body as well. The tattoos are so intricate that Ranbir will have to sit down with the original tattoo artist to get a similar look.

Ranbir has put in a lot of effort to adopt Dutt's gait and body language, which was difficult. The latter had provided around 200 hours of footage of him walking to make the job easier.

While Ranbir is currently shooting for the portions where Dutt is young, the team has started putting together all that they need to figure out for the other schedule, which will show Ranbir play a much older Dutt.
