'Naam Shabana' is India's first spin-off based on Taapsee Pannu's character in the much acclaimed 'Baby.' The film has powerful cameos by some of the most loved characters in 'Baby,' including Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher and Danny Denzongpa.
The film showcases Taapsee a.k.a. Shabana's journey into becoming an undercover agent, her rigorous training sessions and all the struggles she's faced. To watch the film with hundred women police officers in uniform will be a one-of-a-kind experience, celebrating their courage and saluting them for the immense hard-work they put into their jobs. It will be a salute to all the "Shabana's" who show utmost bravery and put our country before anything else.
The movie will be shown to them first before anyone else because these women officers are the actual heroes of our country and this is a small way to salute their undying spirit. In the film, we do not see Taapsee's character in uniform but we see her putting in tremendous effort to contribute to her country's security. The film is a salute to all the fearless, faceless "Shabana's" in real life who do so much for India.
The makers say that watching the movie with women cops is a way of celebrating their courage and hard work. It is a salute to all `Shabanas', who put our country above everything else.
'Naam Shabana' is already gripping the audience with its promos and they are eagerly waiting to see Taapsee in an action-packed role.
