Actor Gavie Chahal's father S. Gurdev Singh Chahal passed away on 18th November 2017.

The last rites of the departed soul will be performed at Patiala, Punjab.

Bhog and Antim Ardas of the departed soul will be held on Sunday 26th November 2017 from 1:00 pm To 2:00 pm at Sikh Academy, Near Dashmesh Public School Model Town Patiala.


Gavie Chahal has played many versatile characters in Bollywood and Pollywood. His most memorable role is in 'Ek Tha Tiger' with Salman Khan where he played an ISI agent, Captain Abrar. Apart from his Bollywood stint he also worked in some prominent Punjabi movies like 'Yaaran Naal Bahaaran, Mehendi Wale Hath, Majajan and Tere Ishq Nachayva.
