Under normal circumstances anyone with that high a fever wouldn't have allowed himself to move from bed.
But who said actors are subject to normalcy?
Hence earlier this week when Sammir Dattani was
shooting for Vikram Bhatt's Life Mein Kabhi Kabhi he had to take a sudden holiday due to am intense viral
fever. But the young actor had to report to shooting without recovering from the vehement attack.
"There's no choice," says the weak actor. Barely able to talk or walk he's all set to resume shooting.
"Vikram has the combined dates of the entire cast including Dino Morea, Aftab Shivdasani,
Nauheed Cyrusi and others. There's no way I can wriggle out of it without affecting the schedule badly. But
it's worth it. Because I've got the role of a lifetime in Vikram's film."
In order to be able to work Sammir's doctor have pumped him up with intravenous injections. "I never knew
acting could be so tough," Sammir smiles weakly.
In the meanwhile Hrithik Roshan too was felled with a viral fever. The shooting for Jodha-Akbar was
supposed to commence in Jaipur on November 7. It was postponed due to Hrithik's illness.
