Superstar Mahesh Babu took some time out of his busy schedule and accepted K T Rama Rao's "Green Challenge" and shared a post with an inspiring caption.

While the actor was doing his contribution towards the environment he made sure his daughter who is 6 years old accompanies him to do this good deed.

The actor has accepted his friend K T Rama Rao's challenge for which the actor had to further tag few more people to accept the challenge

The actor also posted a video of him with his daughter and tweeted writing,"Proud proud proud of both my kids! I invite all of you to join hands with me to make this planet a greener and a better place for our future generations. #HarithaHaram"

"Green Challenge" is a part of the Haritha Haram initiative of the Telangana government, which aims at increasing the tree cover of the state by planting saplings.

The plantation drive, which was launched in 2015, gained momentum and the "Green Challenge was taken up by several celebrities including Sachin Tendulkar, Saina Nehwal and Baahubali director SS Rajamouli among others.

On work front Mahesh has wrapped the schedule of his 25th movie at Dehradhun were the PM of Uttrakhand came to meet the actor on the sets.
