She has produced six films under the banner of Puja Films in the last two years. She made her debut as a producer in 2016 with Sarabjit a movie which won many accolades at the Cannes film festival. Continuing to chart the unconventional route, she picked up dark subject films like Madaari. Deepshika believes that talent knows no boundaries and has been a big supporter of regional cinema. What is more inspiring about Deepshika is that she did not limit her talent to film production but has also ventured into an organic brand of her. Love organically is India's first organic skin brand for kids and adults. She has brought nature science and a touch of mummy magic into skincare in its best and purest form with innocent ingredients and gentle formulations. Through her social entrepreneurship, she has also received awards within a year of its launch.

Apart from this she also a doting mom and takes time out to work for causes close to her heart along with her husband Dheeraj Deshmukh.
