Everyone thinks of being a doctor, an engineer or businessmen but there are very less people who dare to pursue their passion as their profession . Society has become so competitive that the young folks tend to run after money and authority leaving behind their passions. Fighting all the odds our society brings us some inspirational folks such as Mr. Anurag Gupta who follow their amateur interest and become successful.

A graduate from NIIFT Mohali India in 2012, he started his career working with Manish Arora and also worked with Varun Bahl as a senior Designer. Having five years of experience in the industry, Mr. Gupta decided to launch his label in 2017 with the Name of LABEL ANURAG GUPTA. He launched his A/W18 collection at Lakme Fashion Week in Gen Next category in which only five designers were chosen from all over India leaving behind 10,000 competitors.

Anurag Gupta Says; "Being a guy, it was quite difficult for me to choose Fashion Designing as my profession but as said determination and hard work always pays off , my never giving up attitude has brought me to this level that all my opponents are now my fans. LAKME fashion week gave me a big break in terms of collection showcase , I really hope that I get such big platforms in future as well and my dream is to not only become India's biggest fashion designer but also known for my unique designs.

LABEL ANURAG GUPTA stands apart from various other designers' collections as all the attires are made of Khadi and no other fabric is used. Instead, artistic approach and existence of signature style is most important for the brand although all the products are detailed experimental but aesthetically strong and wearable at the same time, the brand depicts power of clothing and transformative quality.

The brand promotes the concept of 'Make in India', the fabric is made in India, all the embroidery is done by hand no machines used, infact all the co-designers and artisans are Indians even the buttons used are handmade, the USP of designer Anurag Gupta is that he produces radiant products i.e. these product illuminate in dark without using any chemicals on the product.
