She enrolled herself for the Elixir of Shillim which is a part of the Dharana Life Science Program. Malaika Arora stayed in the presidential villa and was seen enjoying the ambiance and the breathtaking view of the Sahyadri range. From enjoying the sunrise with the perfect outdoor breakfast at the Shillim peak along with a yoga session to indulging in the Udwarthanam therapy, which is known for firming and toning of the body; the yoga and wellness enthusiast, Malaika definitely made the most of her visit to The Hilton Shillim Retreat and Spa!
