Kangana's last venture 'Judgementall Hai Kya' might not have performed as expected on the box office but Kangana Ranaut received lots of praise for her role in the film from all sides and now the 'Queen' of Bollywood is soon going to be back on silver screen in her upcoming sports - drama film titled 'Panga' which has finally got a release date.

Directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari 'Panga' will see Kangna Ranaut as a professional Kabaddi Player and the film is set to hit the screens on January 24th next year. Film critic Taran Adarsh confirmed the news via Twitter a while back -

Along with Kangana Ranaut, 'Panga' also stars Jassi Gill, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta, and Richa Chadha in important characters. The film is being helmed by 'Bareily Ki Barfi' fame Ashwini Iyer Tiwari and it is produced by Fox Star Studios.

Apart from Panga, Kangana will be seen in A L Vijay's 'Thalaivi' which is a biopic inspired by the life of the former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and late actress Jayalalithaa. The film is being made in three languages Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and will also be released next year.
