Star Screen Awards 2019 was held recently in Mumbai and Taapsee Pannu has received the Best Actor Female Award under the Critic's choice for Saandh Ki Aankh along with her co-actor Bhumi Pednekar.

Taapsee has always stunned the audience with her stellar performances and the choice of movies.

Taapsee took social media to express her feelings on the win, she wrote; "I hope Tushar after this you never have to answer the question why you took 'us' to play older characters. Thank You jury at Star Screen Awards for the acknowledgement and our two 'Hira'(s) Tushar Hiranandani and Nidhi Parmar who toiled hard for this one. Thank You Chandro Tomar and Prakashi Tomar for trusting us with your story. And my dear 'Jiji' Bhumi Pednekar yo toh hona hi tha."
