The star who last stole our hearts with his performance in Gully Boy will next be seen in Kabir Khan's sports drama film '83' playing the character of Kapil Dev. His wife Deepika Padukone will also be a part of the movie along with Tahir Raj Bhasin, Hardy Sandhu, Saquib Saleem, and Boman Irani.

The film will be produced by Deepika Padukone, Sajid Nadiadwala, Madhu Mantena, Kabir Khan and Vishnu Vardhan Induri and it is set to be released on 10th April 2020. Ranveer is also filming for his next comedy film Jayeshbhai Jordaar along with Boman Irani and Shalini Pandey. The movie is Directed by Divyang Thakkar and is produced by Maneesh Sharma.
