Earlier, Padma Vibhushan Dilip Kumar (Legendary actor) was also felicitated with such an honour. The certificate of Honour was presented to Shri Manoj Kumar Jee by Shri Santosh Shukla, Supreme Court, Advocate (President World Book of Records), Mr. Usman Khan (Vice President, World Book of Records, India) and Prof. (Dr) Rajeev Sharma (Educationist).
