The worldwide coronavirus pandemic has brought a standstill to many industries along with travelling across various countries and cities.

For the people who's profession demand travelling are currently homebound and are spending quality time with their families. Renowned casting director, Avani Soni too is spending time at home and focusing on various things to unwind herself amidst the ongoing lockdown.

Avani Soni is a well-known casting director from the Gujarati film industry who is also a proud owner of one of the leading talent management agencies in Gujarat. She is known to travel places with actors and stars for shooting, events and campaigns.


Talking about the same, Avani shares, "In the film industry, travelling places for work has become a mandate. Being a casting director and a talent manager at the same time bring in a lot of responsibilities. The entire schedule totally depends on the shoot location. Sometimes, it's in your hometown, but the rest of the time you have to keep travelling from one place to another. It's hectic but fun and challenging at the same time. You just enjoy the process. Also, in this case, you barely get to spend time with your family. Even though I miss travelling for work, this lockdown has given me an opportunity to unwind my self and spend quality time with my family members".

Avani Soni has previously worked on films like 'Tamburo' and 'Chhutti Jashe Chhakka'. The casting director has also appeared in a cameo in Durgesh Tanna's recent film 'Luv Ni Love Story's'
