Some weeks ago, the young eight-year-old fan, who is a diabetic since he was three, injured his hand trying to imitate one of the actor's stunts and had to be persuaded to take his daily insulin shots. The boy's parents managed to get a friend to reach out to Tiger Shroff, who soon video-called his little fan. Sweetly enough, Tiger explained that even adults perform stunts under expert supervision, and convinced the young fan to take his shots on time.

What the actor did was extremely adorable and the call lasted for around 10 minutes during which Tiger even invited the eight-years-old-fan and his family to visit him when in Mumbai next! The actor has sure captivated all of the viewer's hearts, being so kind and nice to the young fan!
