Radhika Apte is well known for playing unconventional characters effortlessly and winning hearts of the audiences through her performances. It's always a treat to watch Radhika on-screen as she always brings something new for the audiences in terms of her portrayals of characters. Each one being unique and challenging in its own way. One of her upcoming projects include the international project 'A Call To Spy'.

For her upcoming project 'A Call To Spy', the story is based on real life. Radhika, in order to match her character of British Spy Noor Inayat Khan, the actress has worked extremely hard to get the perfect look and also donned a wig to add a new element to her character. The actress as always, looks promising and is completely taken by her character.

Radhika's character is "a pacifist fighting in the war" who was Brit born in Russia to an American mother and Indian Muslim father who was into Sufism and raised in France.

If you don't know then Noor was a part of Prime Minister Winston Churchill's secret organization and operated under the name of Madeleine. Later, she was caught and died with her last word being 'Liberte' .

Another interesting part is that Director Lydia helped Radhika find a balance between all the information and finding the character. In general, when one speaks about wars we read mostly about men but there are so many women who fought just as valiantly and Lydia feels very strongly for them and also tell their untold and unheard stories.

Radhika also feels blessed to portray someone in the World War. Being on the sets of Liberte, wearing those costumes was an experience.

For her upcoming project Radhika is all set to wow the audiences with Raat Akeli hai alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui and the audiences cannot wait to see the popular pair on-screen work their magic once again.
