It's been more than a month of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide and in a recent development to the investigation of the actor's case, Sushant's father KK Singh has finally broken his silence on the matter and filed an FIR making serious allegations against Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in Patna's Rajiv Nagar Police station.

The FIR by KK Singh has been filed under sections 340 (wrongful confinement), 342 ( punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (criminal breach of trust), and 306 (abetment of suicide) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to Sanjay Singh, Inspector General, Patna Central Zone, the FIR against Rhea includes various sections, including abetment of suicide. Five other persons have also been booked for' abetment to suicide, cheating, and conspiracy'.

A four-member team of the Patna Police has left for Mumbai for further investigations. KK Singh also alleged that Rhea had used the actor's credit cards for her Europe tour and has demanded an investigation on transactions of worth Rs. 17 crores from Sushant's bank account to some unknown accounts with which Sushant had no link.

Recently, Sushant's girlfriend Rhea urged Union Home Minister Amit Shah to initiate an Inquiry on the suicide matter of SSR, and later Prime Minister Narendra Modi acknowledged a letter regarding the CBI inquiry.
