Directed by Atul Sabharwal, 'Class Of 83' marks the digital debut of Bobby and is a drama film that is based on the book "The Class of 83" by Hussain Zaidi and tells the story of a policeman shifted to a punishment posting as Dean Vijay Singh (Bobby Deol) of the police academy and the fans were eagerly waiting for its release.

Now, finally the release date of 'Class Of 83' is out and the film will premiere on 21 August 2020 on Netflix. Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, this film is the third collaboration of Red Chillies with Netflix. The film is produced by Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Gaurav Verma. Bobby Deol was last seen in Farhad Samji's Housefull 4, a comedy-drama film that also starred Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda in lead roles with him.
