Anupam Kher has always been distinct and offbeat when it comes to picking books for reading. His own autobiography 'Lessons Life Taught Unknowingly' is the big example of distinct writing in which he mentioned the chronological stages of his life. Now, the actor has encouraged 'Tashkent Files' director by sharing his first book look on social media which is based on his Lal Bahadur Shastri.

Anupam Kher shared a series of pictures with filmmaker & author Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri on Instagram and thanked him for giving him the first copy of his brand new book 'Who Killed Shastri'. He captioned the post, "Thank you dearest @vivekagnihotri for giving me the first copy of your new book#WhoKilledShastri? I loved #TashkentFiles. Looking forward to reading it my friend. Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is a director, screenwriter, author, and activist, who is also a member of the board of India's Central Board of Film Certification. The filmmaker is known for his directorial film 'The Tashkent Files' which was based on the death of former Indian prime minister Lal Bahadur Shastri. The film stars Shweta Basu Prasad, Naseeruddin Shah, and Mithun Chakraborty in lead roles.

On the other side, along with other Bollywood celebrities, Anupam Kher also hailed the Supreme Court's verdict of CBI taking over Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.
