In an industry where everyone seems to be busy, there are a few to whom the bond of friendship really matters.

Like the time when Vipul Shah of Optimystix called friend Sudesh Bhosle for being the chief guest on the Sony show 'Comedy Ka Badshah', that has Rakhee Sawant and Raju Shrivastav as anchors but the singer did not just make time for being there. However, he ensured that he gave more than his 100 per cent.

Says Sudesh Bhosle, "It was something that I really enjoyed because it was to inspire young people who want to make a mark in the field of entertainment and when my friend Vipul Shah told me to do it, I was really happy."

Sudesh who normally does mimicry in his own shows and not stand-up comedies, this time, did a take-off on Adnan Sami and cracked jokes with the audience and had them in splits. "It was an inspiration for the participants to watch Sudesh Bhosle perform," confessed a young viewer.

Sudesh began his performance with 'Holi Khele Raghuveera' and imitated Amitabh Bachchan, Asrani, SD Burman, RD Burman, Shakti Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar.... And enjoyed himself thoroughly.

Says Sudesh of Rakhee: "She is outspoken and doesn't mince words, and that is her biggest plus. When we do a take-off on her, she takes it very sportingly. When I said I am making Umrao Jaan with Raju Shrivastav and Rakhee Sawant, she actually gave an Umrao Jaan pose. She was so comfortable."

Now we surely hope Rakhee doesn't take this one seriously. - (SAMPURN)
