Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal is the fittest and one of the smartest actors in the film industry. He is a trained martial artist, having learned the Indian martial art of Kalaripayattu since the age of three, and recently his name has been listed in the list of "10 people you surely don't wanna mess with".

Vidyut Jammwal wants to bring his art to the world, due to which he often shares his workout videos on social media. Recently, he has shared a video of "Kalari Chalanam" on Instagram, giving his loved ones a chance to get closer to him.

In the caption, he writes, "Kids (For Age 3 to 90) it's time to make your version of Kalari-Chalanam. Pick your favorite animal, just like I have picked Dali, and create your own animal movement. Send in your versions tagging me and use the hashtag #ITrainLikeVidyutJammwal." Check out the post-

More about Kalaripayattu, it is believed to be the oldest surviving martial art in India that originated in Kerala. Kalaripayattu is a martial art designed for the ancient battlefield (the word "Kalari" meaning "battlefield"), with weapons and combative techniques that are unique to India.

On the work front, Vidyut Jammwal was last seen in Farooq Kabir's action-thriller film "Khuda Haafiz", in which his performance is considered to be the best performance of his life. Shivalik Oberoi appeared as the wife of Vidyut. The film can still be seen on Disney + Hotstar.
