The actor-director Jodi of Ranveer Singh & Rohit Shetty earlier set the box office on the hearthstone with their first collaboration in Simmba that earned more than Rs. 240 crores in the country. With this entry, Ranveer enrolls in the list of Rohit's cop world and now, the actor will be seen in a cameo role in 'Sooryavanshi' .

But this is not all, as per the reports, Rohit & Ranveer will work on an exclusive comedy. As the director, he now wants to come out of his cop theme and Golmaal franchise. In the lockdown, Rohit Shetty has described a comic script to Ranveer Singh, and the actor is already up for the project. After getting the final nod from Ranveer, Rohit Shetty, along with his team, is currently preparing the final draft of this script.

The film, which is being clinched as the mother of all comedies, will start rolling from early next year with the aim of hitting screens in the last quarter of 2021, for which Ranveer is equally excited to join hands with the director once again.
