Deepika Padukone has been summoned by NCB for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with the drug angle related to the Sushant Singh Rajput drug probe. The actress has returned to Mumbai from Goa on Thursday night as she has to appear before NCB on 25 September.

Deepika was spotted at the Dabolin Goa Airport along with husband Ranveer Singh. Reportedly, Deepika was in Goa for the shoot of Shakun Batra's next film. The pictures of Deepika and Ranveer at the Goa airport are going viral on social media since the couple has arrived in Mumbai. Deepika opted for an all-white outfit as she was seen wearing an oversized trench coat along with pants, while Ranveer was spotted in casuals. Both of them wore protective masks. Deepika Padukone has been summoned on Friday but will join the investigation on Saturday. The name of Deepika's manager Karishma Prakash has also been come up in the drug case and will be questioned on Saturday by NCB. Sara Ali Khan, who has also been summoned by NCB, returned to Mumbai from Goa on Thursday as well. She was accompanied by her mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim Ali Khan.
