/> First it was Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Now it's Irrfan Khan's 3 ½ year old son Ayaan who makes an appearance as his Dad's son in Anurag Basu's Metro.

Explains Irrfan, "Ayaan was never meant to be in Metro. But then, look at destiny. The boy who was supposed to play Konkona Sen and my son began to cry for the shot. I decided on an impulse to call my son."

There was a special reason why Irrfan consented to let his son make such an early screen debut. "The scene had me and Konkona on a mo'bike with the child. My son had been pestering me for a bike ride. Since I don't own a bike, this was my opportunity to make one of Ayaan's little wishes come true."

Adds Irrfan, "It's just a shot and only because Ayaan is as passionate about bikes as John Abraham. Our director Anurag Basu really made it easy for us."
