Legendary singer Kumar Sanu has tested positive for Covid and Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai actor Saanand Verma urges his fans to pray for his quick recovery. He even made a video for the same where he informs his fans about Kumar Sanu's struggle and that fact that he needs their prayers and good wishes. "Kumar Sanu is such a good singer. I am such a big fan of his. Let me tell you he used to sing in bars during his struggling days...and now he is a legendary singer. I urge you all to pray for him, he has been tested positive for Corona. I love you Sanu da, please get well soon dada," he says in the video. Saanand also sings Kumar Sanu's Oh Jaana in the video.

Saanand is a fabulous singer himself and he often sings for his fans. His fans love him both for his acting and singing abilities. "My me-time is always musical time, whenever I get some time, I start singing. That really relaxes me," he says. In fact, many years ago Saanand met director Vishal Bharadwaj. Saanand was a journalist at that time and went to interview him. Vishal heard his melodious voice and told him that he should take his music seriously. Then a couple of years back, the duo worked in Bharadwaj's film Patakha.
