The whole nation is waiting to see Anupamaa's reaction to the shock she got after she caught Vanraj and Kavya in an intimate situation. And as much as Vanraj and Kavya want Anupamaa to get up, they are dreading what comes next.

Well, Anupamaa finally gains consciousness, but as soon as she sees Vanraj, the visuals of him cheating on her start flashing in front of her. She pushes him away and also tries to remove the bedsheet on which she found them lying. She then runs from her room, but Devika calls the others, who find Anupamaa in an uncontrollable state. Her kids, Paritosh, Samar and Paakhi, try to calm her down but to no avail.

She refuses to go inside her room, so Paakhi takes her to her room. Seeing all this Vanraj is petrified. In fact when Paritosh confronted him for what happened inside the room, he lied to him that Kavya was adamant on getting married to him and while he was trying to calm her, she fell on the bed and since he also had a backache, he too slipped next to her, that's when Anupamaa entered the room and seeing them like that she fell on the floor. While Paritosh seemed convinced by his lie, Vanraj doesn't know if the others will accept it because some of them know about his extramarital affair.
