These days actors from Bollywood are trying to get into Hollywood and following this trend, actors from Tellywood too are busy trying to a foothold in Bollywood. A few television actors have already started to showcase themselves in films.

While Rohit Roy is coming in ‘Shootout...' along with Shabbir Alhuwalia, there are many other actors who are still striving to get a chance to enter Bollywood and one of these struggling actors is Ashish Kapoor who plays Kanwar Sa in ‘Saath Phere'

Luckily, he recently got a chance in a crossover film ‘Zero Hour - A Royal Massacre', which is basically a docu drama by U.K. Productions based on the royal massacre of King Gyanender of Nepal, and he plays the role of the king.

Ashish says he is banking on this movie for a break in Bollywood, "Yes, I have done this movie and I really liked it very much, as it is something different and is beautifully made.

I am trying to show the film to as many filmmakers as I can in this little time that I get from my busy schedule of television.

I hope that it will impress those who are interested in such kind of serious and different films and they will give me a chance to work for them in Bollywood," says Ashish. But why is he so curious to join films?

"I feel that films have more archive value as it can be stored in a DVD or CD and can be viewed many years down the line, but television unless taken pain to store and that too so many episodes cannot be stored and even appearance in films is much remembered then in serials," adds Ashish.

Anyways, it is natural to find such curiosity in Ashish to enter Bollywood as nothing much is happening to him in Tellywood and, moreover, usually the ultimate goal of an actor is films and not television. So keep trying!
