Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan collaborated for the romantic film 'Atrangi Re' that also stars Dhanush in the lead role. Directed by Aanand L Rai, the team had been shooting in different locations post the lockdown and recently the director announced schedule wrap of Atrangi Re.

Aanand L Rai took it to his Instagram handle to announce the wrap as he shared a picture with his Atrangi Re Team. While sharing the pic, he wrote, "Warriors of #AtrangiRe standing tall on the last day of the schedule 🤗

The team earlier shot some parts of the film in Agra across locales including the Ghatia market and other marketplaces. A fun portion of Akshay Kumar and Sara was also shot at Taj Mahal where Akshay was dressed as Shah Jahan.

Reportedly, some portions were also shot at Varanasi and Madurai. In the film, Sara Ali Khan will be seen playing a double role. This will be Sara's first collab with Akshay and Dhanush in her filmy career. Well, the film is scheduled to release in 2021.
