Janhvi Kapoor, who was last seen in Gunjan Saxena, has now bagged another biggie 'Good Luck Jerry'. The film is bankrolled by Aanand L Rai, who is famous for super hit films like 'Tanu Weds Manu' and 'Ranjhannaa' and Good Luck Jerry will be Rai's first collaboration with Kapoor. The shooting of the film has already been started in Punjab today.

Taking to Instagram, Anand L Rai shared the first look of Janhvi from the film where Janhvi can be seen wearing a blue bindi and striped printed Patiala suit with an orange dupatta. While revealing her first look, Anand wrote," Colour Yellow welcomes 2021 with #GoodLuckJerry starring #JanhviKapoor!

Janhvi also shared the same picture on her Instagram handle and wrote,"#goodluckjerry". The film is directed by Siddharth Sengupta and is written by Pankaj Matta. Good Luck Jerry is a Hindi remake of 2018 Tamil hit 'Kolamaavu Kokila' and also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashishth and Neeraj Sood. Well, the other details about the film are yet to be revealed.

Meanwhile, talking about Kapoor's other projects, she will next be seen with Kartik Aaryan in Dostana 2 that also stars Laksh Lalwani. Dostana 2 will be directed by D'Cunha and produced by Karan Johar. She has also bagged a horror-comedy 'Roohi Afzana' with Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma. Helmed by Hardik Mehta, the film will be releasing in 2021.
