Akshay Kumar seems to have matured. No, he still has a long way to go as an actor, but he has definitely evolved as a human being. "His marriage has worked wonders for him," rival turned friend Sunil Shetty quipped on the sets of their forthcoming film, Aawara Paagal Deewana, a wacky comedy which takes an unexpected turn in the climax.

Some people close to Shetty feel that Akshay`s new-found bonhomie has something to do with the fact that the khiladi wants to make amends for the wrongs of the past. But given his track record, many in the industry are sceptical about his proximity to Shetty. Sunil is one of the most easygoing actors around.
