From Big Boss to Nach Baliye 3, Rakhi Sawant is all over the small screen. And supporting her through all this is her boyfriend, Abhishek Awasthi, of whom we first heard of in the Big Boss house.

That was where she declared her undying love and dedication for him. Now she shows him off wherever she goes.

However, Abhishek is still playing his original role in her life, that of a friend and personal assistant. He is the one who deals with the media on her behalf, answering her calls and setting up interviews and photo sessions.

In fact, has been very difficult to actually speak with the item girl ever since Abhishek took over as her business manager. He accompanies her everywhere, and even carries her handbags and accessories. That is what we call chivalry.

How did the love story begin? Abhishek was a finalist with Zee's Cinestars Ki Khoj, and was cast opposite Rakhi in a movie that never saw the light of the day. A friendship was forged, and a relationship bloomed. Now it has blossomed into partnership of sorts.

Rakhi is very clear, however, that she has no intentions of marrying soon. She thinks that a woman is taken for granted the minute she becomes a wife. One television show led to her confession. Maybe the next will lead to something more. Till then, we can only wait and watch, and hope she surprises us, again.
