It looks like the season of comebacks for married heroines. After Madhuri Dixit, it's Chitrangada Singh who makes a comeback with the romantic comedy 'Sorry Bhai' after her abrupt departure from movies.

Chitrangada debuted with Sudhir Mishra's 'Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi' and after doing her second film, Ruchi Narain's 'Kal', she quit acting.

The director to coax the dusky actress out of domesticity is Onirban of 'My Brother Nikhil' and 'Bas Ek Pal' fame. 'I had already decided on Sanjay Suri and Sharman Joshi to play the brothers in my film. In addition, Shabana Azmi and Boman Irani star as their parents.

They look like one happy family. This is a happy family story unlike '...Nikhil', which was about a family suffering in silence,' Onirban told.

To further complete the family portrait Onir needed a girl to star opposite both the on-screen brothers Sanjay and Sharman.

'I told Sanjay, who's my co-producer, that I wish Chitrangada was around. On an impulse I called her up and then flew to Delhi to meet her. That's how she came into 'Sorry Bhai'.

'I'm thrilled to be working with her and Shabana. Somehow I come alive as a filmmaker when I work with women of substance, whether it's Lilette Dubey and Juhi Chawla in 'My Brother Nikhil', Urmila Matondkar in 'Bas Ek Pal' or Shabana in 'Sorry Bhai'. '

Onir says he's having the time of his life making the film.

'For now I'm done with dark films. I needed to do something that was light and funny. 'Sorry Bhai' is just the romantic comedy I needed to make to take a break from the serious stuff.'

The music is being done by a debutant, Gaurav Dayal.

'I gave the music industry Pritam Chakraborty, Vivek Philip and Mithoon Sharma. Now I've a new music composer, Gaurav Dayal, in 'Sorry Bhai',' said Onir before leaving for a long schedule for Mauritius.
