/> Lase week at a press conference to introduce the stars and director of producer Kumar Mangat's comedy 123, the fiery Neetu Chandra gave the film's director Ashwini Dheer a taste of her acid tongue.

Apparently when she saw there was more of the film's other heroine Sameera Reddy in the promotional video, Neetu known to take no nonsense from anyone, stormed up to the self-decalared big man (Dheer claims he's a 6-foot giant) and openly questioned him for ignoring her in the promotions and favouring the the other leading lady.

Before Ashwini (who seems to have made a habit of courting controversies, what with his recent ditaribe against Upen Patel) realized what he was up against Neetu stormed out of the venue.

Neetu of course denies the incident. "Am I so stupid that I'd confront my director in front of the entire press corps? Please grant me with more sense than this.

Not one scene of mine has been cut from the film. I've shot exactly what was narrated to me. And I had a ball doing the film. In fact I'm on the verge of signing another film with the same producers."

Neetu claims great happiness at the way her career is going. "When I came to Mumbai from Bihar I had no one to support or promote me.

Today I've four projects on hand including the Khosla Ka Ghosla director Dibankar Banerjee's Oyy Lucky Lucky Oyy with Abhay Deol an Adlabs film with cinematographer-turned-director P.C Sreeram and a short film directed by the Prazania director Rahul Dholakia in a series on Mumbai entitled Mumbai Cutting.

What more could I ask for?" asks the actress who shot to fame in deglam-disguise as the street girl in Madhur Bhandarkar's Traffic Signal.

"That was a re-launch for me.At a time when all the girls were looking like cosmetic queens I did a Smita Patil. I'm still grateful to my debut Garam Masala.

Sure I got lost in the comedy and the other two girls who made their debut with me. But it starred Akshay Kumar and John Abraham. So people at least saw me."

The pragmatic girl recently bought her own car. And now she has made her first down-payment on her own home in Mumbai.

"People keep saying I've changed. I get very disturbed by that. I try hard to kreep with old connections."
