Veteran music composer Rajesh Roshan says that the music of ''Krazzy 4'' was a challenge to him because there were no romantic songs in it.

''It's a funny satire so item songs were required which is not really my genre! But, Hrithik who really knows the flavor of the season and what the youth like listening to, really guided me and it was very exciting to make such type of music,'' Roshan said during an interaction with mediapersons here.

The film produced by Rakesh Roshan releases next month. It is directed by Jaideep Sen.

Replying to questions, Rajesh complimented his brother Rakesh who, he said, takes the best from his crew.

He said nuances of the story, star cast and personality and ability of the director, inspire him to score good music.

Speaking about reality shows on television, he felt such shows are ''good time pass''. ''Since it is live, emotions portrayed are on the moment and real and, hence, people are hooked onto it,'' he added.

When asked about the current singers he looks upto, Rajesh replied, ''Singers like Sukhwinder Singh, Vishal Dadlani, KK and some of the Pakistani singers have really good and unique voices.''

He said he will soon begin work on Rakesh Roshan's ''Kites'' with Hrithik, Kangana Raunat and Barbara Mori.
