Cricket and horror may be strange companions but not for child artiste Aman Siddiqui, who plays the lead in 'Bhootnath.' Siddiqui, who is sharing screen space with Amitabh Bachchan in the horror flick says he used to spend time between shots playing the gentleman's game with the veteran actor.

"Working with Amitabh uncle was a learning experience as he used to teach me how not to go outside shooting camera frame. Our favourite passtime was cricket. He plays it with much intensity and seriousness," the nine year old prodigy whose first film' Eklavya' was also with senior Bachchan told from Mumbai.

Aman has worked with senior Bachchan previously in 'Rin Advance' and 'Dabur Honey' advertisements.

On what he likes most about the veteran actor, the fourth standard student says, "He is very nice person. There is a very good understanding between us. Even in outdoor shooting locales, he kept me busy with his humorous jokes."

In the film, set to be released on Friday, May 9, Aman plays the role of a prankster 'Banku.' The movie produced by Ravi Chopra, will see Amitabh Bachchan playing a benevolent ghost who is very protective of the house he inhabits and prevents anyone from living there until a family with a little boy arrives as occupants.

The story proceeds with Amitabh initially trying to scare him away, but later developing a kind relationship with the little boy.

Declining to reveal the climax of the film, Aman says, "It is for you to find out. Its a secret. I have been told not to reveal it."

Aman's father claims that the child actor has received so many offers that for three or four years there are no dates available. The child actor began his acting career in commercial advertisements and has done over 40 so far.

"I am concerned about his studies. Usually I permit him to work only for two days and that too only on weekends. Boothnath was a different case because Mr Bachchan was his co-star, says Romi Siddiqui
