Manjari Fadnis who played second lead in Aamir Khan produced 'Jaane tu..', was initially apprehensive of taking up the role in the film which stars a host of newcomers, including the protagonists Imran Khan and Genelia D'Souza.

"Yes, there were apprehensions initially. But, when the director Abbas Tyerwala narrated the script, I realised that my role was very interesting with lot of scope for performance. It had various shades of emotions, " Manjari, who has played the lead in films like 'Rok Sako To Rok Lo' and 'Mumbai Salsa' told.
